To reply to your enquiry, to process a report submission, or to correct a published entry. We do not sell or share submitted details with third parties.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and to maintain an audit trail of corrections, and then deleted.

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to info@esgfoundation.org and we will respond within one month.

Documents in the showcase are already published by their authors. We link to the original source and will remove or amend an entry on request from the publishing organisation.
